Where to Send Your Notice (Designated Agent)
Email: support@iptv.sg
Postal (optional): DMCA Agent, IPTV Singapore, [Postal Address], Singapore
Important: We process only notices that identify specific URLs on iptv.sg
. Reports about content hosted elsewhere (e.g., third-party streaming sources) must be sent to the actual hosting provider or platform.
4) What Happens Next
- Upon receiving a complete and valid notice, we will expeditiously investigate and may remove or disable access to the identified material, and/or contact the account holder if relevant.
- We will make a good-faith attempt to notify any affected party so they can submit a counter-notification if they believe the removal is in error.
- Where the complaint concerns search visibility (e.g., Google DMCA removal), we may cooperate with the search engine on the complainant’s request.
5) Counter-Notification (If You Believe a Mistake Was Made)
If your material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email.
- Identification of the material removed and the exact URL where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you reside (or, if outside Singapore, to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore) and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send counter-notices to dmca@iptv.sg. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the complainant informs us that they have filed court action within the time period required by law.
6) Repeat-Infringer Policy
IPTV.sg may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, terminate accounts and/or access for users or partners who are determined to be repeat infringers or who repeatedly submit abusive or bad-faith complaints.
7) Standard Technical Measures
We accommodate and do not interfere with standard technical measures used by rights-holders to protect works (e.g., robots.txt, content-ID fingerprints) where applicable to our service.
8) No Legal Advice; Reservations
This policy is provided for transparency and does not constitute legal advice. We reserve the right to update, modify, or supplement this policy at any time, and to take any action we deem appropriate to protect our service, users, and third parties.
