3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Downloadable software or activation codes once delivered
  • Any custom or one-time setup fees
  • Health-related or personal-care items (where applicable)

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Subscription codes that have been partially used or opened
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Returns submitted more than 30 days after delivery
