- After 7 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Unused Subscription: Your IPTV Singapore subscription must not have been activated or streamed.
- Same Condition: It must match the condition at the time of purchase.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation from IPTV.sg is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Gift cards for IPTV.sg services
- Downloadable software or activation codes once delivered
- Any custom or one-time setup fees
- Health-related or personal-care items (where applicable)
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Subscription codes that have been partially used or opened
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Returns submitted more than 30 days after delivery
5. How to Request a Refund

7. Exchanges

- Unmarked gifts will be refunded to the original purchaser.
