IPTV terms of service: the rules in plain English

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you buy or use an IPTV.sg subscription or visit iptv.sg. By placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Who can subscribe

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for keeping your contact details accurate so that we can deliver your login and contact you about your account.

3. Plans and payment

Plans are prepaid one-time payments for the period you choose, shown in Singapore dollars at checkout. Plans do not renew automatically. Free months included with some durations are added to your access period. Prices may change in the future, but a change never affects a plan you have already paid for.

4. Devices, accounts and screens

Each plan allows a set number of screens to play at the same time: on Standard, devices share one account; on Premium, each account is separate. Using a login on more screens than your plan allows can stop playback.

5. Personal use

Subscriptions are for personal, non-commercial use within your household. You may not resell, share publicly or broadcast your access, or use it in a business such as a shop, bar or hotel. Reselling is only allowed through our reseller programme, under its own conditions.

6. Keeping your login safe

Keep your username and password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your login.

7. Service availability

We work to keep the service running smoothly, but streaming over the internet can be affected by your connection, your device, the app you use and events outside our control. We do not guarantee that every channel or title will always be available or uninterrupted. Channel line-ups and the on-demand library change over time.

8. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for having a suitable internet connection and device, for using the service in line with the laws that apply to you, and for any apps you install. Adult channels are only provided if you request them at checkout, and you confirm you are entitled to view them.

9. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our refund policy: a full refund within 7 days if the subscription has not been activated, and partial refunds case by case.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, for example by sharing a login publicly or reselling access, or if a payment is reversed. Where reasonable, we will contact you first.

11. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, IPTV.sg is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies from the date shown. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
