Privacy notice: how IPTV.sg handles your data
This privacy notice explains, in plain English, what personal data IPTV.sg collects when you visit iptv.sg, place an order or contact support, why we use it, who helps us process it and how to exercise your rights.
1. Who we are
IPTV.sg (“we”) runs the website iptv.sg and sells IPTV subscriptions to customers in Singapore. This privacy notice explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. Contact: contact@iptv.sg.
2. Data we collect when you order
Your name, email address, phone number and the details you enter at checkout; your order details, such as plan, number of devices or accounts and duration; your optional preferences, such as whether you want adult channels; and, if you renew, the username and password of your existing account so we can apply the renewal.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by the payment method you choose at checkout, for example a bank transfer or a crypto payment provider. We receive confirmation and payment references but do not store full card or bank login details.
4. Support conversations
When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or the chat bubble on our website, we keep the conversation so we can help you and refer back to it later.
5. Website data and cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies needed for the shop and checkout to work, to remember your light or dark display choice, to measure visits in aggregate and to understand where orders come from. The chat widget and the translation tool also load from their providers when you use the site.
6. Why we use your data
To deliver and support your subscription, process payments and renewals, answer your questions, keep our service secure, meet legal and accounting obligations and, with your agreement, tell you about offers.
7. Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host and security network, email delivery, the chat platform, the automation service that processes new orders, and payment providers. They may only use your data to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal data.
8. How long we keep it
We keep order and support records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise them.
9. Your rights
Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you can ask to access or correct your personal data and withdraw consent for its use. Email contact@iptv.sg; we aim to respond within 30 days.
10. Changes to this notice
We may update this privacy notice when our service or the law changes. The date below shows the latest version.
Keeping your data safe: we use secure connections (HTTPS) on our website, and access to customer records is limited to the people who need it to deliver and support your subscription, and we ask you never to send your password in support messages.
If you would like us to stop sending offers, reply to any message with “stop” or email us; this does not affect messages about your active subscription.
