Copyright policy: how to report a concern
This copyright policy explains how IPTV.sg respects intellectual property and how rights holders can send us a notice about material available through our website or service. We review every complete notice.

Our approach to copyright
IPTV.sg respects the rights of creators and rights holders and expects customers and partners to do the same. Our terms of service limit subscriptions to personal use within the household and do not allow customers to resell (outside our reseller programme), publicly share or rebroadcast access.

What a copyright notice must include
- Your full name, organisation (if any), postal address, phone number and email.
- A description of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if there are several.
- The specific location of the material you believe infringes, such as the exact URL on iptv.sg or a clear description of where it appears in our service.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Where to send your notice
Email your notice to contact@iptv.sg with the subject line “Copyright notice”. General allegations without specific locations cannot be processed.

What happens after we receive a notice
- We confirm receipt and review the notice.
- If it is complete, we act on it, which may include removing or disabling access to the identified material.
- Where relevant, we contact the customer concerned.
- We may ask for more information if the notice is incomplete.
If you receive a notice
If material you provided is affected and you believe this is a mistake, you can reply with an explanation and your contact details. We will review it and respond.

Notices about content from other websites
If the material you are concerned about is hosted on another website or platform, please send your notice to the operator of that website, because only they can remove it. We can only act on material that is available on iptv.sg or through accounts we provide.
Keeping records
We keep a record of notices we receive and the action taken, so we can respond consistently and answer follow-up questions from rights holders or customers.
Repeat infringement
Under our terms of service, customers who repeatedly misuse their access, for example by rebroadcasting or reselling it, may have their account suspended or closed.
Timing
We aim to review complete notices promptly. Complex notices, or notices that cover many items, can take longer; we will tell you if we need more time or more information.
Misuse of this copyright policy
Please only send a notice if you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. Notices that are knowingly false can cause harm to others and may have legal consequences. If you are unsure whether material infringes your rights, consider getting independent advice before sending a notice under this copyright policy.
Trademarks and names
Names of apps, devices and brands on this website are used only to identify them and belong to their owners; they do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
