Hot Player Licence
A lifetime Hot Player licence for an extra device: pay S$25 once and use it for life on that device. Every IPTV.sg plan already includes Hot Player activation for each device or account in the plan.
What the Hot Player licence is
Hot Player is a player app: it plays the channels and films from your IPTV subscription and organises them with a TV guide, favourites and search. The app itself does not include any channels. You need an IPTV subscription to watch, and a licence to use the full app on your device.
Who needs this licence
- Every plan already includes Hot Player: one activation for each device on Standard and one for each account on Premium.
- Buy this licence only for an extra device that your plan does not cover. It costs S$25 once and is valid for life on that device.

How activation works
- Install Hot Player on your TV, box, phone or tablet and note the device details (MAC address) shown on the start screen.
- Buy the licence and send us those details on WhatsApp or by email.
- We activate the licence for that device and confirm by message.

Hot Player licence: questions before you buy
Is the licence for one device?
Yes. One Hot Player licence is activated for one device. Buy one licence per device that will use the app.
Is it a yearly licence?
No. The Hot Player licence is for life: you pay S$25 once for that device and never pay a licence fee again.
Is Hot Player not already included in my plan?
Yes, it is. Every plan includes one activation for each device (Standard) or account (Premium); just send us your device details. This licence is only for an extra device.
Can I move the licence to a new TV?
Licences are tied to the device they are activated on. If you replace your TV or box, contact us and we will explain the options.
What if Hot Player does not work on my device?
Ask us before buying: send your device model on WhatsApp. If Hot Player is not available, another compatible player can be used with your subscription at no extra cost.
Why choose a Hot Player licence?
Hot Player gives you a TV-style layout that is easy to use with a remote, with live channels, films and series in separate sections, favourites and search. Many customers find it the simplest app for family members who are new to IPTV. A media player like this only plays content; it does not include channels by itself. After you buy the Hot Player licence, keep the device you want to activate nearby. Open the app, note the device details (MAC address) shown on the start screen and send them to us with your order number. Activation is done by our team, and we confirm by message when the licence is active, so you can sign in with your IPTV.sg login and start watching.
Good to know: the Hot Player licence is a one-time payment of S$25 for one device, and it is yours for life: there is no yearly fee. It is activated with the device’s MAC address, which the app shows on its start screen. It works alongside your IPTV.sg subscription, so the subscription must be active for the app to show channels. Keep your subscription active by renewing before it ends, and the app keeps showing your channels without any new setup.
Buying for a second TV or a family member’s tablet? Each device that runs Hot Player needs its own licence, so order one licence per device and send us the details for each. We activate them one by one and confirm each activation by message.
